Ways to get rid of blackheads

Acnes that come into various types are one of the biggest concerns about appearance of almost all adolescents. Though Acne comedonica, commonly known as blackheads do not cause as much pains as other types of acne, they are really a nuisance to teenagers. Blackheads usually appear in noses and make teens’ face darker and look tired. Beauty experts have introduced many methods to treat blackheads ranging from expensive cosmetics to cheap and available natural materials. In fact, teenagers preferred using natural materials such as vegetable and fruits since such materials are almost benign and unlikely to cause allergies. Following are some ways for teens to get rid of blackheads.

 

1. Lemon Juice

Blackheads usually stick persistently on the two side of the nose. Apply lemon juice on the acnes before going to bed. Wash the nose with cold water when you wake up the next morning. Repeat this the next nights until the blackheads go away.

 

2. Glair

Dip a soft cotton cloth in the glair and put it on the nose skin with blackheads. Wait until the cloth dry, slightly remove the cloth and it will take away all blackheads on your nose.

 

3. Yogurt and potatoes

Ingredients: 170g yogurt, 2 drops of basil oil, 2 drops of mint oil, juice of 1 lemon, ½ yeast tablet, 2 spoons of potato flour (potato soaked in water for several hours, mixed with 2 spoons of milk) Method: Mix all the ingredients then apply the mixture on the nose for 10-20 minutes. Wash the nose with clean water.

 

4. Hot rice mask

Take the hot rice out of the pot, blend it and then put it on the nose. Slowly roll it over the nose. Wash the nose with clean water and then apply a little rose Hot rice make the nose softer and whiter.

 

5. Fish lettuce (Houttuynia cordata Thunb)

Lettuce can enhance blood circulation, treat acne and smoothen skin. First rub the lettuce and squeeze for water. Mix the water with a little rice bran and add a few drops of olive oil and then apply the mixture on the face for 10-15 minutes. Wash the face with clean water.

 

6. Garlic and Honey

Put 6 slices of garlic into a cup of honey. Dry the mixture in the dark for 6 months without any exposure to sunlight. Use this mixture as skin nurturing mask. This will make the skin smooth and clean.

 

7. Green Papaya

Take a piece of green papaya. Grate it then apply the fluid on the area that is covered with acne.

 

8. Banana and honey

Grate a banana with five spoons of honey. Apply the mixture on the acne skin for 10 minutes. Wash the skin with clean water.
